Welcome to the annual Basstoberfest bass fishing tournament at Conestogo Lake, where we combine the excitement of a local, competitive, friendly fishing tournament followed by an Oktoberfest themed Awards banquet right here at the Alpine Club.
Basstoberfest is a 40 boat field with a gentleman's start at 9am and weigh in at 2pm which will ensure a fun, enjoyable and safe experience for both the weekend warrior and the experienced tournament angler.

Following the tournament, competitors, friends and family will gather at our very own Alpine club.
Doors will open at 4pm, and dinner will be served at 5:30pm. Cash payouts, trophies and prizes will be awarded to the events top anglers, while we celebrate Ontario's Oktoberfest culture and festivities with music and “Gemütlichkeit”!

$200 entry fee per boat (team of 2) includes:
- Basstoberfest Tournament entry
- Alpine club entry and dinner for 2 ($75 value)
- Basstoberfest Tshirts for each competitor ($50 value)
- 3 raffle tickets each for the prize table ($30 value)
Paybacks based on a 40 boat field:
1st - $2000.00, 2nd - $1000.00, 3rd - $500.00,
BIG FISH PRIZE - $100.00, Hidden weight prize, Mystery prize.
